Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], 6th January 2022 HealWell24 is raising close to Series A round million at a valuation doubled, even as it in talks to acquire 10yrs old proprietary B2B Medical Equipment supplier Ecom Proprietor Plus -Healthcare post its Series A round.
HealWell24 will absorb the Plus Healthcare team and integrate its B2B Med-Ecom as part of the transaction, said JK Singha, co-founder of HealWell24, in a statement.
