Pilates is one the best physical fitness systems that will keep your fitness at its best. There are different ways of doing pilates, there are different styles but you have to choose which one is the best for you and what result it would give. What makes it different from other exercises is that it is safer and there is no chance of injury because there are no jerks involved in Pilates.

You can just take a day off within a week to allow your body to heal from stress.
