It offers a beginner’s friendly (200-hour yoga teacher training) program, where you’ll practice traditional Hatha and vinyasa flow, and an advanced yoga (300-hour yoga teacher training) course, where you’ll practice ashtanga vinyasa, traditional Hatha and vinyasa flow. The 500-hour course is for intermediate and advanced practitioners, and here we will focus on teaching yoga. All of our courses are multi-style.
