New Delhi, 8th April, 2025 – TMI e2E Academy Private Limited, an NSDC partner and part of the 34-year-old TMI Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development (DTNBWED), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
This landmark partnership aims to empower India’s informal and semi-skilled workforce by delivering impactful skill development, capacity building, and job-linked training initiatives across the country.
TMI e2E Academy has trained over 7.5 lakh beneficiaries across sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, Logistics, Green Jobs, and more, with a strong focus on job-connect and livelihood programs for the youth.
DTNBWED, established to implement the Workers Education Scheme, has been at the forefront of workforce education, working to increase awareness and participation of workers in India’s socio-economic development.
Key Areas of Collaboration Include:
• Mainstreaming the informal workforce through vocational training and cooperative development.
• Conducting survey-based impact assessments to enhance the delivery of government schemes.
• Building linkages with government bodies, corporates, and foundations for implementing short-term job-linked skill training programs.
• Piloting livelihood development projects at select DTNBWED locations.
• Organizing regional and national-level awareness workshops.
• Partnering with industry leaders and CSR stakeholders for training and employment opportunities.
• Promoting high-demand sector skilling such as IT/ITES, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Green Jobs.
• Submitting regular policy recommendations to the government.
• Rolling out digital literacy and social protection training programs for informal workers.
Following the MoU, both organizations will collaboratively define a detailed roadmap to roll out joint projects aligned with their shared vision of inclusive workforce development.
