THE MELTING SHOP

The Ferro alloy is subjected to heat and melt in the melting shop to preserve homogeneity. Electric furnaces and induction are used for this melting process. MOULDING AND SAND PREPARATION

THE CORE SHOP

The core is a device used in moulding and casting process. There are many types of cores in the core shop like the green sand cores, dry sand cores and shell core.
