Guy Allan Davis has a lot of experience as a pastry chef, and he is a member of World Master Chefs Society.

 
Guy Allan Davis is a veteran pastry chef with lots of experience, knowledge, and skills. He is hardworking, dedicated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented; and he is always sure to produce quality goods for his customers. He is a specialist in patisserie designation in pastry, entremets, cake design, chocolate, plated desserts, and sugar work. Furthermore, he is well-travelled, having done his internships in different food companies, and in different countries including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, and France.

Guy Allan Davis grew up in Calgary, in southern Alberta, Canada. He attended Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT Polytechnic) from 1987 to 1990, becoming a Journeyman Baker in the process; specializing on rye, grain breads, and laminated dough. He also attended Jon Jacob School of Technology, Germany, from 1990 to 1994. Furthermore, he was certified as a master chef in 2007 by World Master Chefs Society, having successfully completed his course on fine gastronomy and culinary administration.

The experience and knowledge that he has accrued over the years while working in the food industry has helped him to come up with different ideas and methods of providing better services to his clients. His technical ability, leadership skills, and communication skills have also helped propelled him to the top of the ladder in his chosen career. He is proficient at estimating and running a profitable food and labor cost; he has extensive experience in product development, with focus on desserts and chocolates that have reduced sugar for type 2 diabetics. He is one of the very few skilled professionals who are able to work with grand sours that encompasses hand-craft rye and grain breads, as well as, old world yeast free breads; and he has made a name for himself by creating special dessert themes for unique occasions, customizing dessert items, show pieces and wedding cakes to the client's specifications.

In addition, he is very sociable, and fun to be with. He ensures that he spend quality time with his friends and family, even though his schedules are always tight. He is a sport lover, and he engages in sporting activities such as skiing (he has been skiing since he was five years old), and bike riding.
