MIT researchers and a physician from Medical Hospital have worked developed an Otoscope having shortwave infrared light for crisp and clear view considering the fact Santamedical has come with 2.5V halogen lamp giving clear view of ear canal.

Otoscope is a non-invasive device used to diagnose the ear infection by making the parts clearly visible in ear canal.
