He inpsects every program on-site in great detail, together with the head coaches and their entire staff. His aim is to analyze these coaches and their programs and see what he can use in his own program to benefit his players and team. He is extremely grateful to these coaches for being so candid and welcoming to him. Additionally, he has consulted with head coaches throughout the U.S. He served as the head women's soccer coach at the University of Miami for two years. Previously, Tom was MAC Coach of the Year two times at Central Michigan University and one of the most touted high school coaches in Michigan before that.
