At Greenscence the philosophy is that reuses is an even better option than recycling, an innovative return and reuse system have been implemented for the 5 and 20-litre containers, a practice already successfully implemented with the zero waste retailers. With refillable household products, customers can create refill stations at home, which will reduce their costs as well as their carbon footprint. There is also the option to return additional containers that are not in use, to Greenscence.

The online return and refill service are user-friendly and easy to use. When reordering products, there is a return option for more than three containers when visiting the online shop. When the collection is registered, simply print the labels and mark the containers that will be uplifted. A courier will deliver and uplift your Greenscents order. Recyclable containers are sent back to the workshop in Somerset. Once received in good order, they will be cleaned, and reused (as many as twenty times), after being fitted with new caps.

Greenscence is committed to eco-friendly principles and uses sustainable cardboard boxes and packaging tape that is biodegradable and compostable. Renewable resources are made to produce the fillers that protect the products inside the boxes.
