VVM, essentially, is an approved training institution accredited by the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA). Training and development of all staff receive top priority and are constantly evaluated.

All staff members of VVM regularly undergo development plan orientation as well as Performance and Development Reviews as a way of addressing and aligning individual needs with VVM’s strategic and tactical objectives.
