Continuing to expand their footprint in the Tampa/Saint Petersburg/Clearwater Market, Safeguard Self Storage announces the opening of its newest facility in Seffner, FL. Opened on May 25th, 2022, this new, state-of-the art facility is a testament to Safeguard’s commitment to meeting the self-storage demand that is so prevalent across the nation. The facility contains 524 climate-controlled units across 41,200 rentable square feet. The facility is located at 1601 S. Kingsway Road in Seffner, FL and will mark Safeguards 82nd facility nationwide, 19th of which located in the state of Florida.
Like Safeguard's 81 other facilities nationwide, the Seffner Self Storage Facility meets Safeguard’s meticulously designed standards with a focus on convenience and customer service. Amenities at this location include climate-controlled storage units (heated and air conditioned), drive-up access non-climate-controlled units, computer-controlled security access and digital video recording throughout the facility. A second phase to the project providing covered RV, boat and automobile storage is already underway.
The implementation of Safeguard’s strategy to establish a new regional market on Florida’s West Coast is coming to fruition. We are very excited to be joining the Seffner Community. This was a real team effort and the effort paid off with a great new product for our customers.
Safeguard has opened operations of the Seffner Self-Storage Facility in May 2022 with Facility Manager/District Manager Joelina Ayala and Assistant Manager Valerie Ferree.
