The Indian elections for the lower house of parliament has been concluded with a majority mandate for a single party. This will have a positive impact on India’s net immigration

The recently concluded elections for the Indian lower house of parliament, was counted yesterday, and right from the start it was clear who the winner would be. For once, defying tradition, the exit polls got it absolutely correct. The nation decided who it wanted as its new government with a clear mandate
Irrespective of the party that won, and irrespective of political ideologies, this mandate for a majority provides the country with a strong government, which now has the change to make good its promises for development and economic growth of the country. Keeping all other factors unchanged, a strong government can improve the image of the country in the world and have a positive effect on net immigration
Impact of Indian Elections on Net Immigration to India
What do we mean by net immigration? Net immigration is the difference between the number of people who immigrate to India and the number of people who immigrate from India to different countries. When a country is developed, such as Canada, or USA the net immigration for the country is positive. India has a higher proportion of people immigrating out of the country, however there is an increasing number of people from countries in Asia, middle east, Africa and Europe who are seeking immigration to India.
The formation of a strong government, with focus on development and economic growth, will reap positive rewards for Indians who are keen on US immigration(https://globaltree.in/services/immigration/united-states-of-america/) or Canada immigration. Countries will recognize India’s economic strength and will no longer view Indian who choose to immigrate with suspicion. Indian visitors to countries like USA, UK and Australia, will not be automatically scrutinized for being potential illegal immigrants.
Already many countries have been relaxing their visa rules for Indian passport holders, and offering visa on arrival or visa free entry to Indians, which has improved Indian passport ranking on the global power index. Countries like USA and UK may offer an easier route for immigrants from India in the future with less process and security checks to be undergone.
Overall, the overwhelming majority that was won by a single party can be a source of good cheer to all those who are interested in USA immigration or Canada immigration(https://globaltree.in/services/immigration/canada-immigration-consultant/) or immigration to any other developed country.
