We will evolve with the customer’s flow of evolution; it is inevitable. Two things are widely ascertained that our banking system will focus on the same segment of major cities, medium sized cities and other respective under-served areas. It is not only our duty to serve them at an optimum limit but to provide a substantiated proportion of an intangible source of service that encircles futuristic aspects of a digital banking process. Other methods to cater various banking systems will be provided of course, and I think that this new change will entirely depend on the type of work force we would consider to help nurture it. So I believe that JS Bank will become younger along the aspects of the employees; young personnel will be placed in roles of leadership and in this way, the future of Pakistan’s banking system will be thoroughly ascertained.
The notion implies to the entire banking industry and JS Bank is the viable company to help nurture the future talents of our country. It is our belief that a young leader will be more able to assess information relayed to him/her and that this leader will be able to connect with the customer at a much higher level of professional relationship. The concept is currently in development and we are confident that this kind of innovative revolution will immensely evolve Pakistan’s banking system to a much higher state of proficient corporate dealings. However, it is significant to be aware of various changes in the system. The employees will engage with customers through different modes of communication. Such updates in dealings will help create a broader stance of understanding between the employee and the customer at a major level.
