Plötzlich kamen von einem geparkten Fahrzeug zwei männliche unbekannte Personen gelaufen, nahmen Kontakt mit dem „Verfolger“ auf und begaben sich anschließend zu den zwei Männern und zwei Frauen. Jetzt kam es zu einer körperlichen Auseinandersetzung zwischen den Männern, in deren Folge der 23-Jährige am Arm eine Stichverletzung und der 30-Jährige eine Kopfplatzwunde erhielten. Die beiden Frauen wurden nicht angegriffen.Anschließend flüchteten die unbekannten Täter in unbekannte Richtung. Polizei und Rettungswesen waren schnell am Ort. Der 23-Jährige wurde umgehend in ein Krankenhaus gebracht und stationär aufgenommen. Am Tatort erfolgten umfangreiche polizeiliche Maßnahmen zur Suche nach den unbekannten Tätern sowie Befragungen und eine kriminaltechnische Tatortarbeit. Aus einer Garage im Wolkenweg verschwand die hochwertige BMW (amtliches Kennzeichen L – GS 90) eines 48-Jährigen, der den Diebstahl Sonntagmorgen auf dem Weg zum Bäcker bemerkte. Das Garagentor stand seltsamer Weise offen, so schaute er nach und bemerkte, dass die blau-weiße Maschine spurlos verschwunden war. Mit ihr kamen auch noch zwei Alukoffer im Wert von 800 Euro, zwei Taschen im Wert von 300 Euro sowie ein Helm im Wert von 500 Euro abhanden. Er rief die Polizei, die umgehend die BMW R 1200 GS Adventure im Wert von 25.000 Euro zur Fahndung ausschrieb und die Ermittlungen wegen Diebstahl im besonders schweren Fall aufnahm.

Der 22-Jährige beschrieb die Begegnung mit dem Dieb sinngemäß so, er habe nur einmal ganz kurz einen Arm auf seiner Schultern gespürt, sonst aber nichts. Diese Äußerung lässt erahnen, wie professionell und dreist die Langfinger vorgehen.Schon wenig später zeigte eine Frau (25) den Diebstahl ihres Telefons an und erzählte, dass sie an der Zentralhaltestelle von Männern angerempelt worden war, die ihr letztlich das Telefon aus der Hosentasche gezogen hatten. Die Frau war nach Mitternacht mit Freunden an der Zentralhaltestelle angekommen und wartete auf die Weiterfahrt. In dieser Zeit tauchte eine Gruppe vermeintlich streitender Männer auf, die in der Nähe der Frau stehen blieben. Die Männer rempelten sich immer wieder an und berührten dabei auch einige Male die Frau.
