In Punkto Leistung kann er nicht ganz mit dem Testsieger mithalten, der verbaute i5 ist aber immer noch recht potent. Auch beim Display ist Medion nahe dran. Die Akkuleistung ist ebenfalls vergleichbar gut. So kommt eine annähernd genauso "gute" Gesamtnote von 2,3 zustande. Das reicht für den zweiten Platz. Der Preis: ab 800 Euro.Das Schnäppchen: Acer Aspire 3 Ein regelrechter Schnapper ist das Acer Aspire 3 (A315-51-30VF). Es kommt mit seiner "guten" Gesamtnote (2,4) nahezu an den Testsieger heran, kostet aber gerade mal 500 Euro. Trotzdem muss man natürlich leichte Einschränkungen in Kauf nehmen. So ist zwar ein aktueller i3-Prozessor verbaut, der bietet aber deutlich weniger Leistung als etwa ein i5 oder gar i7. Im Test konnte er trotzdem punkten, für Alltagsaufgaben dürfte die Leistung also ausreichen. Der Akku gehörte zu den besten im Test. Und das, obwohl das Aspire 3 mit nur 1,8 Kilogramm das leichteste geprüfte Gerät ist. Dafür bietet es aber wie das Aspire 7 kein Laufwerk.

Lenovo hat zur IFA nicht nur das neue Notebook Yoga C930 mitgebracht, bei dem der Lautsprecher im Scharnier zwischen Bildschirm und Tastatur steckt. Auch einige andere mobile Rechner sind am Messestand zu sehen. Als Smartphoneprozessor im Notebookgehäuse könnte man dabei das Yoga C630 WOS beschreiben. WOS steht für Windows on Snapdragon und soll eine neue Geräteklasse beschreiben: sehr mobile Computer mit Windows 10 und einem geringen Energieverbrauch durch Verwendung von Smartphonetechnologie. Das C630 mit 13,3 Zoll großem Full-HD-Display (1920 zu 1080 Pixel) soll mit einer Akkuladung rund 25 Stunden laufen, sein Herzstück ist Qualcomms Prozessor Snapdragon 850. Das Yoga C630 WOS gibt es vom November an zum Startpreis von 999 Euro.
