Sanders Wallis enjoyed enormous success in sales when he first started working for Wallis Printing Company in 2010. Here he examines the attributes that allowed him to become the company’s top salesperson during that time.

 
Sanders Wallis has enjoyed success in every venture that he has undertaken, both scholastically and during his professional life. Upon graduating with his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, during which time he spent a short period studying in Austria in addition to working as part of the Giuliani Presidential Campaign in 2007, he took a role as an Account Executive with Wallis Printing Company in 2010. During two years in the role he distinguished himself as a highly talented salesperson, receiving a bonus for making the greatest number of sales for the company prior to his promotion to the position of Director of New Business Development in 2012. He has enjoyed such tremendous sales success because he possesses a number of key attributes that make him well-suited to the role.

Firstly,Sanders Wallis is an excellent communicator, but he also understands the important role that listening plays when trying to make a sale. By giving his customers time to talk he develops relationships with them while also learning more about what they actually need. This allows him to tailor his sales proposals based upon what he has been told, which results in a higher number of sales being made.

He is also dedicated to learning as much as possible in any way that he can. He has spent many hours educating himself on the history of Wallis Printing Company and the many services that it provides to its customers. He also observed more experienced salespeople when he first started working with the company, which allowed him to develop an understanding of the various sales techniques that he could employ and, more importantly, which ones would work best.

Sanders Wallis is also an exceptionally driven individual who is able to stay motivated and enthusiastic for his work, regardless of the circumstances. He understands that persistence, without becoming pushy, is key in achieving sales, which means that he is capable of keeping customers interested throughout the course of his interactions with them. In his current management role, he hopes to pass on the benefits of his experience to his sales team, while also forming new business relationships to the benefit of the company.
