Gas Natural Recovery’s survey will include an area of around 2,400 km2 in Namibia’s deep-water which is located off the southwestern African coast and survey is scheduled to be concluded by the end of February.

Gas Natural Recovery’s Chief Geological Officer commented on the survey saying “After pinpointing areas of particular interest in the Orange Basin off the Namibian coast, we have moved in quickly to explore the potential of natural gas. We are looking into emerging economies and as a result of this ongoing pandemic, it is presenting opportunities to us where we can team up with different companies to help each other in these testing times.”
