Walkbot_K is an independent model of the Walkbot series tailored to young patients whose height ranges from 86cm to 148cm. Children's stiffness and resistance are greater than those of adults, and in most cases, they have no experience walking after birth. As a result, despite the increased training period, treatment efficacy is substantially lower.

To get better results, Walkbot_K was designed with an ankle drive motor to provide gait balance and right pattern. It also gives relevant clinical information about locomotion, such as data on stiffness associated with spasticity or joint contracture, spatiotemporal data, and kinematic and kinetic force data from the hip, knee, and ankle during locomotion training.
