'Mindfulness: Being Present in the Moment' was part of Future's wellness program, and was open to all employees of Future Electronics.

The seminar began by defining mindfulness and explaining its potential benefits to employees' personal and professional lives, and identified ways to practice mindfulness in everyday life. Participants also got the opportunity to practice a mindful meditation exercise, and learned how living in the moment can improve their overall well-being.
