Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, and CUI Devices are pleased to announce the signing of a new distribution agreement.
On September 30, 2019, former senior managers of CUI Inc announced the purchase of the company's industry-leading components business from CUI Inc's publicly-traded parent company, CUI Global. The newly-formed private entity went to market as CUI Devices and will continue to serve its customers and develop new technologies within its interconnect, audio, thermal management, motion and sensors product lines.
"We have had a very strong relationship with the founding team of CUI Inc" said Karim Yasmine, Corporate Vice President at Future Electronics. "We are happy to be a part of their vision for this new organization".
"Future Electronics and CUI Inc had built a solid partnership over the years and we look forward to continuing that relationship as CUI Devices," stated CUI Devices' President, Jeff Schnabel. "As a worldwide leader in the industry, Future will play a key role in growing our global reach and supporting our ever-expanding range of product technologies," Schnabel concluded.
