Fusion embarked on a 1 year mission with teams of field officers, engineers and designers to create the perfect belt that offers a single belt system that has properties for structure and durability.
This belt system was inspired by feedback from officers in law enforcement craving a belt that is snug (and virtually unnoticed) to fit with their entire gear on the patrol belt with lumbar support. The precise combination of placement of support, flexibility and durability all in one system was refined. The result is a featherweight, form-fitting and virtually seamless belt that is great for everyday use.
This system comprises of 3 components: Trouser Belt, Modular Support pad, and outer Patrol Belt with a basket weave design.

1.5" Black Interior Trouser Belt
Our Interior Trouser Belt is a light duty liner belt: light weight, single layer 5,000 lb rated webbing. The locking mechanism of the belt uses the Raptor™ quick-release aluminum buckle for light weight and low profile fit. The webbing itself is soft to the touch, yet rigid enough to be worn daily and or carry conceals. It is equipped with a Velcro loop on the outer layer for quick attachment to the Modular Waist Pad in seconds.
Black Basket Weave 2.25" Exterior Patrol Belt
The basket weave patrol belt is versatile and functional. It is 2.25” in width constructed of multiple sandwiched layers. Vinyl basket weave on the outside, reinforced with EVA foam for maximum cushioning, and a stabilizer polypro plate in the center. This belt uses the Raptor™ quick-release aluminum buckle with adjustment on both sides of the buckle for a secure and quick donning and doffing.
Black Modular EVA Waist Pad 4.5” Wide
This dynamic lumbar support pad wraps around your waist in seconds. It is incredibly light weight, while still offers support, constructed with closed-cell EVA memory foam with multi-layer design. The inner pad has a mesh lining for moisture control and quick dry. Then is sandwiched with medium soft density foam for structural support. The final outer layer is lined with a 500 Denier inner that is water repellent with maximum wear resistance. The width of the belt has a 4.5” width for maximum support. The combination of stationary and customizable belt loops on the pad allow for gears and holsters to pass through with little effort and a snug fit.
