Fusion has introduced the “Design Your Own Harness" program. This system guides you through a step-by-step process of choosing the specifications of your harness. From this information, our expert design team can begin the process of making your harness. We are proud to be one of the few places in the States that can have a short lead time since our manufacturing facility is in California. In addition, our extensive parts and webbing options make us a virtual one-stop resource to take your product from concept to market.

Here are a few things to consider before you submit your proposal:

• How do you plan on using the harness?
• How many pieces will you need over a year or a quarter?
• What features are important to you?
• Do you want a lightweight harness or big beefy one?
• What level of comfort are you searching for?
• Do you need pads on the leg loops and/or waist?

Once all the design decisions are made, confirmed by our design team and approved by you, delivery time is approximately 15-65 days depending on our production schedule and the complexity of the project.
