However, the ASTPP enterprise version users will receive unlimited free support services for one year. Furthermore, the enterprise version users will get access to more add-ons which are not available to the open source ASTPP users.”

Recently, the spokesperson of the ASTPP community announced the launch of two different models to use the enterprise version of ASTPP:

1. ASTPP Managed Services
2. ASTPP Self Hosting Services

As per the shared details, both of these models give various premium services to the users of this smart telephony platform. One of the common benefits of using the ASTPP enterprise version with any of the above mentioned business model is that the user will receive access to all available add-ons of this smart telephony software, including, enterprise and community aka open source.

The ASTPP Managed Service model user will get access to a wide variety of premium services as listed below:

• Installation, configuration and set up operations will be performed by original ASTPP developers
• ASTPP team will take care of the migration process, if needed
• ASTPP premium add-on access
• Unlimited support for one year, including, common bug resolutions
• Unlimited upgrades getting available to the ASTPP enterprise version
• Upgrade process will be handled by the ASTPP support engineers

The ASTPP Managed services are named as the premium ASTPP services by the ASTPP community.

The spokesperson of the community also shared more details about the second model available to the people that are interested in using ASTPP enterprise version.

As per the shared details, the managed service is named as budget services and will provide the following to its users:

• Access to ASTPP enterprise version
• Access to ASTPP premium add-ons
• Access to upgrades of ASTPP enterprise version for one year
• Availability of paid support contract, if needed

The ASTPP Managed Services will include access to all enterprise solutions, but the technical part has to be handled by the customer itself. It means the customer has to make arrangements related to installation, migration, and Upgradation. Unlike, ASTPP Managed Service users, they will not get services from ASTPP team. However, they can buy support hours to get these services, as and when needed.
