HAPEVILLE, GA – The James M. & Erma T. Freemont Foundation is continuing its commitment to community service by providing a free paper shredding event on April 15, 2023 so that the community can dispose of old documents and confidential files safely. The event is open to the public.
“The Freemont Foundation is proud to partner with Shred360 to provide the opportunity for community members to eliminate excess paperwork and documents,” said Board of Directors Chairperson Dr. Joi Freemont. “Identity theft is a growing concern. This free event not only helps those to declutter their homes but also can protect personal information that may be on files such as bank statements, medical records, legal documents and utility bills from identity thieves. On behalf of the Freemont Foundation, I would like to thank Shred360 for assisting us in offering this important service to the community.”
The shredding event will be held from 11 AM to 1 PM. at Freemont Dental - 606 S. Central Avenue, Hapeville, GA
Attendees may bring up to (3) three boxes (copy paper box or smaller) or three bags (kitchen trash bag or smaller) per vehicle. There is no need to remove binders, binder clips, paper clips, staples, rubber bands, or CDs/DVDs prior to shredding.
