The HR Extension was the culmination of the firm’s Founder and President, Karen Devereaux, who served as a human resources contractor during the economic downturn. “From 2008 to 2014, I partnered with a number of Fortune 500 companies to provide strategic business solutions as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Despite being a contractor, I took my role seriously. It was imperative that I add value to the organizations I served, and worked diligently to implement proactive measures of attracting talent, creating brand awareness, strengthening community ties and ensuring that projects came in on time and under budget. Now that the economy has stabilized, my vision is to extend my expertise on a much larger scale,” said Devereaux.
