The world and our local communities are changing rapidly, and not necessarily for the better. Violence is escalating and is ever present in our lives as we go through our day to day activities. To meet this ever increasing threat, Constantin’s American Self Defense in North Bend is offering a new self-defense course designed for women. The course focuses on real-world threat identification, extraction, self-protection and defense. It is designed for women of all ages and ability. Students will learn how to identify a threat, extract themselves from the threat area, and implement and execute a self-defense strategy if extraction is not possible. The training will teach you how to protect yourself and your family should a threat arise. It is must have instruction as the ever increasing violence in our society intensifies.

Michael Constantin is a military veteran, former deputy sheriff, and a 7th degree black belt in Kenpo Jujitsu. He has provided security for celebrities and government officials alike, such as the Governor of California and high profile recording artists and actors in Los Angeles.

When you train with Michael, you develop well-rounded martial arts skills primarily focused on self-protection. He also offers classes for children and teens. All of his training is focuses on self-protection in the real life scenarios.
