With well-honed time management skills and written and verbal communication skills, Francis Vain is a highly imaginative filmmaker who works hard to attain the expertise of making a variety of films that really matter. He served as an Assistant Director and producer on the film “Miss December”. Assistant directors usually assist with the casting just to make sure that the right actors bring out the most in the role.

Being a highly talented filmmaker, Francis Vain served as a managing partner in Mancation the Movie LLC, which he created with the target of producing the Independent film "Mancation. He produced and directed the original Independent feature films “Mancation” and “Miss December”. He worked to generate the initial capital and executed various fundraising campaigns. He negotiated the purchase and worldwide distribution of the films by Grindstone/Lionsgate films, Screen Media, and Kevin Smith’s Smodcast Productions.

Formerly serving as an established delivery manager at BG Graphics, Francis Vain handled the scheduling and distribution logistics of high volume orders and delivery of material for jobs. He made best use of his time management skills to individually create and execute a daily/weekly schedule. He worked with the team members on the production floor to ensure that the jobs are accurate and meet the established deadlines.
With great skills in sales, Francis Vain always gives heed to the right pricing, effective advertising, thus promoting sales. He strongly believes that sales help in meeting the increased competition and the need for improved methods of distribution in order to reduce costs and increase profit.

Presenting calm, friendly and courteous manner, Francis Vain has been working as an event manager since April 2005 where he has supervised the onsite special events and corporate functions for locally based Destination Management companies including Roberts Event Group, JR Global Events, Stockton & Partners, Albrecht Events, and Global m Event Partners. He has cultivated successful business conferences, meetings, breakouts, registrations, transportation, large parties/galas, corporate dinners, and corporate team building. Moreover, he has maintained the schedule and timelines for set up/breakdown and the moving of large groups of people from around the world in, out, and around the Phil/NY/NJ/Del area.
