Duvall’s real estate career, though relatively new, has been marked by remarkable accomplishments. Transitioning from a successful corporate career as Vice President of Corporate Accounts for a multi-billion-dollar medical company, she brought with her extensive expertise in sales, management, and negotiations. Within six months of entering the industry, Duvall achieved $6 million in sales and was named ‘Rookie Realtor of the Year’ in 2022.

Earlier this year, Duvall acquired Engel & Völkers Islamorada from former franchisee John Gallant, quickly relocating the shop to a prime location to enhance visibility and client accessibility. Building on this momentum, she has since expanded operations by establishing Engel & Völkers Marathon, which will celebrate its grand opening on Dec. 12, 2024. Under Duvall’s leadership, Engel & Völkers Florida Keys has generated $20.4 million in total sales volume, with an average sale price exceeding $1 million. Her team has grown to include 23 expert advisors, with further growth and expansion plans already in motion.
