In an exciting development, Engel & Völkers South Tampa has secured a permanent retail location to build out their iconic Engel & Völkers shop at 724 S Dale Mabry Highway. The brokerage had been operating temporarily from the Hyde House co-working space at 1646 W Snow Ave, Suite 38, since Pattishall and Wyckoff acquired the franchise for regional expansion from their original Madeira Beach location. A grand opening event is forthcoming, upon completion of the renovations.
