Fantastic! What a thrill! Chickpea flour may be made from either fresh or dried chickpeas.
Chickpeas are quite easy to cook. Simply washing them twice in cold water will have them ready for usage. Traditional Indian gooseberry, or amla, is used to give the chickpeas their unique dark brown colour. Amla's refreshing acidity brightens the dish's taste without overpowering it. Is there a reason you don't stock any dried amla? Absolutely not an issue on my end! I want to tell you a really interesting story. A single black tea bag makes for a simple replacement. Chickpeas may be cooked in salted water or used straight from the can to avoid browning. Three black tea bags or two pieces of dried gooseberry can greatly improve the taste of your three litres of cooked chickpeas. It is suggested that you minimise your salt consumption and drink 2.5–3 8-ounce glasses of water daily to keep your body running smoothly. Shaking the bottle well before use is suggested for best results.

I want to tell you a really interesting story. Once the chole masala has begun cooking, fill a saucepan or kadhai with water until it is halfway up the sides. Pre-heating the oven at a lower temperature guarantees flawlessly cooked food. A fascinating world of spices awaits you.
