It is necessary to give full play to the role of industry guidance and supervision, realize the localization of aseptic packaging equipment and approach the international advanced level as soon as possible, and create a more scientific, reasonable and fair market environment for enterprises. There are many types of aseptic filling equipment at home and abroad, but there are great differences in aseptic performance, and each type has a corresponding scope of application. The sterilization process procedures recommended by the equipment manufacturers alone cannot fully guarantee the product quality.

In terms of technological innovation, the development and development of aseptic filling equipment should first be based on improving the design and manufacturing accuracy of the components of the aseptic filling machine itself, improving the stability and reliability of the machine’s operation, and making the mechanical structure design meet The requirements of aseptic filling do not rely on simply establishing an aseptic area to meet the needs of the machine.
