People have many email accounts. They don't access all the accounts regularly but they may want to keep a check on emails received from those accounts. Similarly, if the person is a customer of TWC, he must be having a roadrunner email account. If he doesn't want to login his account regularly then he can keep a check on the received emails by setting the automatic email forwarding options. Then all the emails of roadrunner account will be forwarded to the mentioned account and user can see the emails without login to his roadrunner account. Here is the way to set automatic email forward options.
1. Login to the roadrunner email account.
2. Click on Settings button.
3. Now under the Customize Email Options, click on Forward Options.
4. In the Forwarding Section, under the label, Setup mail forwarding below, look for the heading, "To forward your message to other email, enter them here ".
5. Enter the email address where you want to forward the roadrunner emails.
6. Under the Forwarding Rules, there will be three options.
7. Choose the option, Forward and keep a copy.
8. Click OK and save the settings.
