Musa, a 3D game that uses real musical instruments to teach children how to play, has officially joined FasterCapital's Acceleration program. The Italy-based company, led by CEO Silvia Lama, is raising $675K to further develop its innovative platform, which combines music education with interactive gaming. With $101K already invested, Musa aims to expand its AI-based note recognition technology and enhance its engaging game experience.
We’re very excited to have Musa as part of our Acceleration program. Their vision of merging music education with gaming makes learning an instrument not only fun but incredibly accessible,” said Bashar Hamood from FasterCapital. “It’s a creative solution to a real problem, and we believe Musa has great potential to make a lasting impact on the music education industry.”
Musa’s platform allows children aged 6 to 10 to play a real piano or keyboard, using the microphone on their mobile device to recognize the notes in real-time. The game immerses players in a fantasy world where they must use music to overcome challenges, making the learning process more enjoyable and effective.
“Joining the Acceleration program marks an exciting step for us,” said CEO Silvia Lama. "With FasterCapital’s support, we’re looking forward to making music education more intuitive, engaging, and accessible for children everywhere."
By combining a verified teaching method with an interactive 3D adventure, Musa is positioned to transform how young children learn to play instruments and make music education more fun and sustainable.
