It is important to note that these equipments have various duties and jobs which they help to perform in the office. When one or more of these items is lacking in the office, it will go a very long way to affect the output of the work in the office negatively. However, here are some of the equipments that help in carrying out certain minor jobs in the office. They are –

1. MAGNETS – This is one of the accessories that are vital in the office. The magnet does a very great job as it helps to keep all the iron equipments in one place. For instance, there might be a lot of pins and due to their nature, they might easily slip off and pose a danger. With the help of a magnet, these pins can be kept in one place.

2. MAPS – A map is another great thing to have at the office. When you enter most offices, there are oval maps that look exactly like the earth. Other maps can also be placed on the wall and this can serve as an easy reference for location when you indeed want to know where a place is.

3. TAPE – You can be able to use a tape to measure or get an exact length or height of something. This is an important thing that should be in the office at all times

4. STAMP – There is no company or business that does not have a stamp. A stamp is an emblem of a particular business or company. It is very important to have as it is always affixed on official documents that are dispatched for various official purposes.

5. WASTE BASKETS – Surely, there are certain things that might need to be discarded from the office. This can just be done by putting them in the waste bin or basket that is usually placed at the corner near the entrance of the office. When the basket is full, it can then be thrown out into the waste bin. This is a very important thing that needs to be located in the office most of the time.

6. KEY HOLDERS – There are a lot of keys that might be used in the office. It could be car keys, door keys, locker keys, cupboard keys and a host of others. It is very important that there is a key holder which can be in the form of a container or cup. This helps to prevent the keys from any sort of loss. You can also easily locate the keys any time that you want to make use of them.

7. CLOCKS – everything that we do in life is usually regulated by time. Even at the workplace, there is time for everything. This is the reason why a clock comes in handy to help in checking the time and how things are done.
