Cold Brew coffee has a mystical aura about it. It has recently gained popularity in India and many people are talking about it. It has become the go-to drink for everyone this summer.

Cold brewing is a technique of brewing coffee in which ground coffee beans are soaked for more than 20 hours in room temperature water. Cold Brewed Coffee, also known as Cold Brew, is the coffee concentrate left over from the brewing process. It's also one of the simplest ways to make coffee at home, as it's quite easy to accomplish and requires no special equipment. To make freshly ground coffee, simply steep it in water overnight. The best thing about Cold Brew is that you can brew it in large batches and keep it in the fridge for up to 15 days.

Because the resulting coffee combination is less acidic and harsh, this technique of brewing coffee has piqued everyone's interest. So, you receive a lot of caffeine without it being bitter or acidic. Caffeine levels in cold-brew coffee are higher than in ordinary coffee.

Cold-brewed coffee contains only the beneficial bits of coffee, such as caffeine (which you may want for enhanced productivity, attentiveness, or other reasons) and flavour. Additionally, this coffee is ideal for preparing iced coffees. You can make a variety of dishes, each of which will taste better than the last.

So, you've decided to join the cold brew bandwagon... now what?

Certainly, you can keep things simple by sipping your coffee black or diluting it with cream or water. A more daring coffee drinker, on the other hand, might enjoy creating one of the interesting cold brew recipes we discovered.

These drinks come in a wide range of flavours, from chocolatey goodness to crisp mint, so whatever your tastes, you'll find something on this list to satisfy them.

1. Chocolate Caramel Affogato

A cup of chocolate caramel affogato is like eating dessert in a mug, plus it offers you a caffeine boost! When you're hosting a party, try this recipe; your guests will definitely enjoy this creamy, chocolatey coffee treat.

2. Coffee Lemonade

When life throws lemons at you, you make...coffee? Yes, you read that correctly. This unusual combination of cold brew, orange juice, and lemon juice may seem strange at first, but after one sip, we think you'll be preparing it all summer.
Coffee lemonade, as the name implies, is a combination of iced coffee and, well, lemonade. This recipe, however, requires more than two components. First, instead of using simply lemons, you can make it with both orange and lemon juice. Second, instead of sugar, use sweet and delightful honey. It will taste delicious—like the ideal way to start a hot summer day. Like the ideal drink to have after brunch or in the middle of a hot afternoon when all you want is a cold drink to refresh you while still keeping you awake.

3. Cold Brew Iced Coffee

Because every recipe in this blog calls for cold brew, it's a good idea to know how to prepare this iced coffee concentrate, right? The procedure is simple, and we'll lead you through it step by step.
You can use any ground coffee you regularly consume or you could grind the beans every time you want to make a cup of coffee. Both methods are perfectly acceptable.
You just have to prepare your cold brew concentrate like you normally do, add some milk and sugar and your cold brew iced coffee is ready. Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour your iced coffee on it and enjoy!

4. Mint Mojito Iced Coffee

It's perfectly cold, minty, creamy, and sweet. Everything about an iced coffee in the summer, or at any time of year is wonderful. It reminds us of a mint latte. A mint mojito coffee is made with crushed fresh mint, sweetened cream, and strong coffee, all of which infuse when shaken and served over ice.
To prepare this, you just need a few ingredients. You almost have everything you need to make a mint mojito coffee if you have coffee, cream, and sugar. Ensuring you have fresh mint leaves is the most difficult component of this recipe. We suggest that you do it the old-fashioned manner. It's crucial to smash/muddle the granulated sugar with the fresh mint. You can use your preferred alternatives if you prefer a sweeter, lower-fat, or dairy-free version.

This recipe calls for a martini shaker, which may seem odd. Add the fresh mint leaves and sugar to the martini shaker. Start to muddle (crush/smash) the two together using the back of a wooden spoon. This aids in the extraction of mint oils from the leaves. This is where all of the flavour and aroma for this coffee drink comes from.
Add the cold brew or iced coffee, cream, and ice once the leaves are ready. Make sure the cover on the martini shaker is securely fastened. Simply mix everything together for about 15 seconds, until everything is chilled and very cold.

5. Cold Brew Iced Coffee Mocha Latte

The mocha, served hot or cold, is a popular choice among coffee enthusiasts. If you need a sweet morning coffee or a tasty mid-afternoon pick-me-up, use this recipe to get your fill of excellent java whenever you choose.

It's relaxing and revitalising. Mildly sweet, with a dark chocolate flavour and a burst of superfood maca powder. It's a drink you'll want to drink all summer. Make it yourself instead of relying on Starbucks. Trust me! It's simple and wonderful!
This iced mocha recipe is incredibly simple. It will take you around five minutes to put everything together if you have cold coffee or cold-brewed coffee on available.
Make cold-brew coffee if you don't have any on hand. Make one if you're using instant coffee or espresso. Allow time for coffee to cool.
To concoct a chocolate syrup, boil some water. In a small cup, combine the cacao powder and maca powder (if required).

Two tablespoons of boiling water should suffice. Using a spoon or a little whisk, combine the ingredients. Bamboo whisk is my preferred method. Mix in the sweetener until it completely dissolves. Chocolate syrup should be lump-free and smooth. Take a glass and add ice cubes. Pour the coffee, chocolate syrup and milk. Stir well and your drink is ready!!!

These are some of the most famous iced coffee recipes. Try these out and beat the heat this summer!!!!
