“The sushi sliders are fun to make with the family. Kids are fascinated by the mandoline.” says Garcia, father of three with a fourth on the way.

Chef: Source the freshest ingredients possible, and as I’ve said before “it’s all about the sauce”.

Highlights of Garcia’s tailgate menu include the Backyard Burger served with grilled onions, bacon, BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese, the Cuban Chicken Sandwich crafted with mojo chicken, grilled ham, Swiss cheese, grilled pineapple, and poblano salsa, a juicy Bratwurst with grilled onions and peppers on a sweet Hawaiian roll; and the finger licking good Mango Chili BBQ Ribs (proprietary recipe).
