BAY AREA’S EURO SCHOOL OF TENNIS OFFERS SUMMER 2014 CAMPS

FREMONT, Calif., May 28, 2014- Seven Bay Area cities are homes to multiple European School of Tennis summer tennis camps. The cities including Fremont, San Jose, San Mateo, and Menlo Park The Euro School of Tennis is only continuously growing through the Bay Area and is making their mark through numerous elementary schools. This summer they are offering multiple summer camps for children ages 6-14.
These summer camps will consist of modified equipment to ensure their students learn at their own pace and level. Equipment such as smaller racquets and low compression red balls will be provided for each lesson to help your child learn the basic fundamentals of tennis.
“Kids don’t enjoy playing sports because they care about winning,” said Alex Rupchin, director of Tennis. “Kids love to pick up new sports like tennis because of the fun factor.”
Rupchin shares that children actually like doing something they’re good at and constantly improving their skills at something new. Instructors spend quite a bit more time focusing on the fundamentals of the game in “creative ways.”
Instructors instill tennis values and skills within their students. These instructors have a strong passion for the sport, which is what motivates their students to learn and improve with their performance.
Learning new things does not stop after school is out of session. Your child has the opportunity to build endurance and coordination within themselves by having the chance to be apart of this sport.
