The unexpected closure of one of the largest laser hair removal companies left thousands of customers without the option of a refund for services never provided.

“It’s not right that customers who patronized a business be punished for that businesses’ failings. Our success has made us feel the need to give back so these people can continue receiving the results they paid for with a month of treatment on us,” Adams said. “We hope to provide these customers an upside to this frustrating situation.”
