How to reset your password on Facebook
Go to the Facebook login page.
Click Forgot your account
Then click on the window, select I no longer have access to these
Enter a new email address or phone number that you want to use.
Ask your trusted contacts to visit https://www.facebook.com/recover and give you the recovery codes.
Enter the codes, click Continue, and follow the instructions to reset your account.
If you are unable to access the email account you used when you signed up for Facebook or if you have set up a backup email, phone number, and emergency contacts, unfortunately you will not be able to log into your Facebook account.

6. In the option 'Reveal my trusted contacts', enter the name of a contact that you assigned.

8. Send a link to your friend and ask him to follow you and send you the code.

9. Use the code to recover your account.
