Bridgewater, N.J. (November 29, 2023) – JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 140 locations across the Northeast, announces the opening of their second Newark, New Jersey, location. The new facility is located in Gateway Center at 11-43 Raymond Plaza, Suite S105, Newark, NJ 07102. This addition to JAG Physical Therapy’s Newark presence represents the seventh establishment within Essex County.

Building on the success of their initial Newark location, JAG Physical Therapy takes pride in expanding their presence, allowing them to meet the increasing needs of the community while maintaining their commitment to delivering outstanding healthcare.

This facility is overseen by Clinical Director Nicolas Del Valle Sanchez, whose journey into the world of physical therapy began at the age of 15 when he tore his ACL while playing soccer. Nicolas earned his Master's degree from the esteemed Universidad de Alcala in Madrid, Spain, in 2016. In 2021, he made the pivotal move to New Jersey, obtaining his New Jersey Physical Therapy license, a milestone that has propelled his career in the field. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nicolas possesses a unique ability to connect with patients, enriching their experience at JAG Physical Therapy.

Furthermore, they will provide instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques (IASTM), services related to women's health, sports medicine, spine rehabilitation, as well as balance and gait training.
