Orlando, FL (March 19, 2014) - TAMCO University is excited to offer its first sponsored 2-day workshop for real estate brokers, owners, and managers. The course is one of a series of courses offered by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) called "Position Your Business for Profit." The workshop will be held in Orlando, FL from May 7th, 2014 to May 8th, 2014.

The highly effective workshop is lead by renowned CRB instructor Margie Roggow. Attendees are awarded a total of 3 CRB continuing education credits. This amazing course positions both residential and commercial real estate brokers to remain competitive by sharpening their understanding of the financial management of their respective companies. Debra Napier, managing broker for TAMCO Commercial Group LLC will assist Margie and host the event.

Topics covered include critical success factors like reading and understanding financial statements, identifying factors that affect the value of an operating real estate brokerage, calculating the breakeven point for the business, forecasting future productivities and revenues, developing budget and monitoring expenses, and realizing the impacts of seemingly harmless financial decisions. TAMCO University has a special rate of only $395 for both days for registrations received on or before 28th April, 2014.
