In addition, the concentration of solvent vapor is related to safety, so the waste discharge is very important for product quality, safety production, and thermal energy consumption.

Considering the quality of products and safe production alone, the amount of waste discharged should be larger, but at the same time as waste is taken away, a large amount of heat must be taken away. Therefore, waste discharge should be appropriate. After inspection and confirmation, the waste discharge volume should be reduced appropriately. When the enameled wire is poor in scratch resistance, it may be that the gas humidity in the hearth is too high, especially in humid summer weather, the humidity in the air is high, and the moisture generated by the catalytic combustion of the solvent vapor causes the moisture in the hearth. The humidity of the gas is higher. At this time, the waste discharge volume must be increased. The dew point of the gas in the furnace is not more than 25°C.

If the enameled wire is not good, it may be because of the small amount of waste discharged. This is because the cracked low-molecular material is not discharged and attaches to the surface of the paint film to make the paint film lose luster. Smoke is a common undesirable phenomenon on horizontal enameling furnaces. According to the ventilation theory, gas always flows from a high pressure point to a low pressure point.

After the gas in the hearth is heated, the volume rapidly expands and the pressure rises. When positive pressure occurs in the hearth, the mouth of the hearth smokes, which can increase the amount of ventilation or reduce the amount of air supply, and restore the negative pressure zone. If only one end of the furnace smoke, it is because the end of the air supply is too large, the local air pressure is higher than the atmospheric pressure, resulting in make-up air can not enter the furnace from the mouth of the furnace, reduce the amount of air supply, so that the local positive pressure disappears.
