EquityMatch.co had the privilege of announcing the launching of ‘Weekly Pitch Events’ on October 4th 2022. This allows innovative startups to pitch their businesses to investors live and in real-time via the internet. Thereby, EquityMatch.co-hosted hosted its first session on "Startups shaping the future industry" This event featured six renowned founders who were hand-selected by EquityMatch.co to make presentations to venture capitalists and angel investors around the world as they raise capital for their startups. Massimiliano (Max) Sulpizi, the creator of "EquityMatch.co" and Managing Partner of HSMI-Corporate Advisory, served as the event's host. He has worked as a venture capitalist, business owner, and merchant banker in addition to his role as CEO. He has also provided advice to businesses on transactions totaling more than €100 million and fundraising initiatives totaling more than €50 million in the infrastructure, fashion, real estate, and technology sectors.

The session was initiated by Elliot Parnhm, the Founder and CEO of Skyfarer. He is an individual who holds an MSc in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University and is an aspirational engineer and businessperson. He previously earned a first-class BEng in Aerospace Engineering from Coventry University. He introduced Skyfarer as a business that employs autonomous flight technology to transfer vital medical supplies (including blood, vaccines, and organs) swiftly and efficiently without the need for expensive infrastructure. Mr. Elliot explained, “We create software to facilitate large-scale drone operations. We integrate technology to create systems and sell capability and software. We are pushing to solve the scalability issues including the operations in the process.”

Miguel Reynolds Brandao, a representative of Corckbrick was also privileged to be a part of the session. He began several companies and non-profit organizations in 1987, and he has been an entrepreneur ever since. As a business mentor, broker, negotiator, and strategist, Miguel have years of expertise. He has provided strategic management consulting services to numerous organizations in Portugal, Brazil, and the USA since 1994. In addition, he has produced books and articles on teleworking, strategic management systems, corporate brokering, and entrepreneurship. Miguel is the founder and CEO of Corckbrick, a company whose goal is to improve people's lives by making it simpler for people to design and rebuild their homes and places of business using resourceful, natural, and sustainable solutions. For the first time in history, he said, "We have a solution that any of us regardless of being good or not, can adapt and create the spaces that we live in and change all the time. So, in reality, we end up creating a new category called sustainable dynamic structures.”

The Founder and CEO of MetaDalos, Deliu Florin was the third speaker of the session. Mr. Florin is assisting in the establishment of sustainable businesses and digital startups thanks to his considerable industry knowledge. Dalos Corp is a multinational company that strives to satisfy all of modern society's needs. It has ongoing projects in the fields of cloud computing, cryptocurrency cloud services, infrastructure for renewable energy sources, international trade, and technology development. MetaDalos, according to Mr. Florin, is a cutting-edge play-to-earn metaverse experience built on blockchain and web 3.0, with actions taking place in different timelines. “The goal is to integrate different metaverse games and metaverse creators into the same ecosystem,” said Mr. Florin. He also continued by describing how MetaDalos will make it simpler for players and those that store wealth in their ecosystems.

Nick Carbonari, who spoke on behalf of Eezylife was able to explain how they aim at solving a common issue faced by all individuals daily. He has experience founding three businesses and serving as a CEO. As a result, he is an individual who has experience working for 360 Capital, AutoScout24, and Scout24. He is currently the founder and CEO of Eezylife, a life navigator that helps people make smarter decisions and get the most out of each day. Mr. Carbonari was able to describe that Eezylife was trying to solve the issue of time wasting due to browsing for personal preferences. He said, "With Eezylife we create the personal internet, it’s a social productivity platform so that you can do more of the things you like with the people you like.” He also went into detail about how they discovered a method through which the internet comes to the user through a proactive recommendation system that is also driven by psychology.

Tara Khaira, who participated in the insightful discussion, was able to share key insights on deKarb. He is an ecoentrepreneur with expertise in sustainable development, waste management, waste to energy, renewable energy, and environmental protection. In addition, Mr. Tara also works as a speaker, counselor, investor, and journalist. In addition, he works actively to promote environmental consciousness on a global scale as a professional environmental writer. He serves as the COO of the company deKarb, which works to lower carbon emissions. He discussed the approach and solution his company provides to cut emissions during the session. Mr. Tara stated, “We try to make it affordable, permanent, sustainable, and compact. So, we came up with a solution which is biomass through biochar. Biochar is charcoal made from organic material or organic waste in a specific oven with elevated temperatures and limited oxygen.”

Rasim Aliyev, the Founder, and CEO of Raters was the final speaker of the session. He has worked abroad in cities like Baku, Moscow, Rotterdam, London, and New York. He is a skilled manager in both transactions and strategy. He also has expertise in financial consulting, company and financial instrument valuation, and business modeling. He was able to discuss how Raters may help filmmakers, studios, distributors, and marketing firms who are having trouble reaching their target audiences as a result of the restrictions of the current platforms. In order to address this issue, he said, "We decided to create Raters, which is a recommendation platform our users can get detailed personalized recommendations for movies and other digital products. It also allows Studios, filmmakers, and other participants to promote their movies to highly targeted audiences or movie lovers based on our unique machine learning algorithms.”
