Since 2005, the Better Business Bureau of eastern Oklahoma has been continuously receiving complaints regarding quick cash loans. Around 2,000 complaints have already been filed.

In January 2009, $300 was borrowed by a former mortgage loan officer from US FastCash which is a Tucker’s brands. Unfortunately she could not pay back the loan. She had taken another loan in order to pay back the first one that consisted of $1,200. Ultimately she entangled herself in infinite loop of debts. Not only this, but she has been receiving various calls as well. She received a call from US FastCash when she was being interviewed by an iWatch News reporter. Since the reporter (Rush) was hearing the conversation she asked about the company’s address so that the borrower does not receive any further call. She wanted to write a letter to the company. Rush investigated about the company. She was unable to find the culprit behind this. She had never heard about Scott Tucker.

Even Miami tribe's chief came to know that several borrowers are complaining that they are being disturbed by the rapacious behavior of the payday loans lender. He instead said “provides a vital service to many Americans who would otherwise be without access to short-term financial assistance. For many of our customers, the alternative to an online loan would be, at best, simply to write a bad check, or, at worst, the prospect of bankruptcy and the loss of their home, or worse yet, pressure toward more desperate and unproductive behaviors.”

Since 2005, the Better Business Bureau of eastern Oklahoma has been continuously receiving complaints regarding quick cash loans. Around 2,000 complaints have already been filed. Moreover The bureau’s chief officer, Rick Brinkley has gone to the Miami tribe's office for investigation. “Most people think that loan sharking is illegal,” said Brinkley, who is also a Republican state senator in Oklahoma. “The reality is that in this particular case if you can become affiliated with a tribe and be able to avert local and state laws then, in my opinion, apparently loan sharking is legal.” For more information please log on to www.paydayloansolutions.net
