30 May 2017 – Quran Truth is a website which tells about the actual translation of Quran. Here can be found various texts and translations which were not known before and reading which any person will be able to immerse into the world of this sacred book. The Quran is a sacred book of Muslims. According to the theological tradition, the Quran is considered uncreated divine speech, given to people through the Prophet Muhammad. The Quran existed in Arabic in an unchanged form and will remain as such until the Last Judgment. Therefore, the unconditional requirement is the use in any Muslim rituals only of the Arabic text.
Until recently, there was a ban on translating the Quran into other languages. Now such a ban has been lifted, but it is believed that only "meanings" of the Arabic original can be transmitted in other languages, but not the verbal form itself, which, as a rule, emphasizes the translations of the Quran by Muslims, where is present the word "meaning" or "meanings." Muslim thought places emphasis on "inimitability", i.e. unearthly origin of the verbal form of the Koran, considering this fact as the decisive proof of the authenticity of Muhammad's prophecy.
This implies the role played by the Quran in the history of Muslim society and culture. A person who has received a traditional Muslim education knows the Quran by heart. The requirement to keep the Quran unchanged predetermined the fact that the Arabic literary language was formed in the Middle Ages primarily as the language of the Quran. The Quran consists of 114 chapters, called suras. Suras are divided into verses. The division of surah into verses was not established immediately, and in some cases caused divergence in the interpretation of the meaning of the Quranic text. Suras are usually divided according to the time of their revelation and classified to Meccan and Medinan. The first, as a rule, are shorter and are devoted more to the description of the other world. The latter are more extensive and more relevant to earthly matters. In the Quran the suras are not chronologically arranged, but in descending order by volume. A brief "The Opening" (Al-Fatihah) surah, which is given special significance and which is most often used in ritual and liturgical activities, is placed at the beginning of the Quran. The Quran was originally transmitted obliquely, and its first records probably appeared only after Muhammad's death.
