Elision Announced to Offer WhatsApp Web Integration in DialShree

Elision announced to offer integration of the WhatsApp Web in its proprietary call center solution, DialShree.

To continue this characteristic of being the most advanced contact center software, which offers unified communication, Elision has announced to offer WhatsApp web integration in DialShree under a service name Call Center WhatsApp integration.

The spokesperson of the company shared that they already have been offering WhatsApp integration in DialShree. Now, they have achieved success in integrating all major features of the WhatsApp Web in the call center dialer of DialShree.

This integration is available on a need basis to the customers of Elision who use DialShree: Call Center Software. Once this integration is finished, the users of DialShree can access the following features of WhatsApp within DialShree window:

• Caller ID, there will be a unique caller ID that will be used by all agents when they send a WhatsApp message to the customer. The customer will see this number as a sender who sent this message.

• Templates of messages which can be created and saved to use in the future. It is like canned messages which can be sent to customers with a single click.

• Automated WhatsApp messaging feature automatically sends a WhatsApp message to the customer on the trigger of a specific event. For example, based on the status of the call’s conclusion a WhatsApp message is sent to the customer by the system itself.

• Send a file. An agent can send all file formats supported by the WhatsApp web from the DialShree call center software.

• Send an image. An agent can send any picture to the customer using WhatsApp web integrated into DialShree.

• Send a video attachment. One can send any video attachment to the customer using the WhatsApp web as well.

These are the features of the WhatsApp web which will be made available in the DialShree: Call Center Solution with Call Center WhatsApp integration services offered by Elision.
