Elision Announced Its Dialer Is Used by Government for Electricity Complaint Management

Elision announced that its proprietary call center solution is used by the Indian government in an Indian state to manage electricity related complaints. The dialer handles 15-18,000 calls per day. The whole setup is of the inbound call center.

 
Elision Technologies Pvt. Ltd has announced that the company has provisioned its proprietary call center solution, known as DialShree, to one of the state governments in India. The whole setup is made with inbound call center architecture. Of course, the provisioned call center solution has features related to outbound calling, but the major use of this software is to handle incoming calls.

As per the shared details, the team of VoIP experts of Elision has also integrated some APIs of the mobile apps and other systems with the provisioned call center solution. This integrated system works in harmony to manage a whole department of the state government.

This provisioned integrated call center solution is used by the government to handle grievance calls related to the electricity in the city. It means any issues such as power outage, defect in meter, new meter request, etc. can be raised to the government by either calling or by using the app. All the calls related to electricity in the city are handled by the call center solution of Elision.
