The BIKE Photography Contest is something that embodies these values. It allows anyone to show their love for cycling, while incorporating a medium that allows for infinite creativity and a showcase of talent. “The work that has been submitted for this year’s competition is vast and beautiful, with themes ranging from futurism to commuting to pro cycling, from locations all over the world” said lead judge Karoly Nagy.
With 14 categories and work being sent from both professional and amateur photographers, Bike Magazine Photo Contest team has worked tirelessly to make their judgment fair, judging works not only on photography merits but the message behind these as well. Mickael Chavet entered the Off-Road Category of the BIKE Magazine Photo Contest 2022 with a his 'Bike Fly over the Hills' photograph. This photo first made the cut to the pool of finalists, and eventually has been chosen as the Category Winner. “We absolutely adored your piece, and felt it was the best of the best in the Off-Road Category” declared Karoly Nagy.
