At 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 19th, a Ms. Xu working on the 57th floor of the SEG Building told the mainland Jimu News that she felt the shaking as early as May 13.

She said that with the exception of May 13, the building had shaken in the following days, and every time it shakes, she and her colleagues will feel dizzy and uncomfortable.

Shenzhen officials reported on the evening of May 19 that from 21:00 on May 18 to 15:00 on May 19, a number of professional organizations conducted real-time monitoring of the vibration, tilt, and settlement of the SEG Building. These three indicators are far less than Standard allowable value, monitoring data shows no abnormal conditions. At present, the main structure of the building and the surrounding environment have not been found to involve safety abnormalities, and the main structure of the building is safe.
