MIT School of Vedic Sciences (MITSVS) - a constituent of MIT-ADT University - recently conducted the Indic Leadership Conference for corporate leaders at its Loni Kalbhor campus, highlighting the Indic approach to management. Commenting on the occasion, Vishwanath D Karad, Founder, Executive President and Managing Trustee of MAEER's MIT Group, said, "Ethical management indicates the true nature of Indian culture. Vedic Sciences essentially talk about the core principles of nature. Swami Vivekanand had predicted that union of science and spirituality will alone bring peace. MITSVS endeavours to promote this wisdom through such useful programs for sustainability."

The conference, which was attended by an audience of corporate leaders and mentors, and those shaping culture and crafting strategy, witnessed thorough brainstorming on several key issues of leadership, with deep insights from the eminent speakers. Radhakrishnan Pillai focussed on Chanakya's Arthashastra, which is a total management theory and in an organizational context covers topics such as education, accounting, time management, leadership, employee relations and sustainability.
